After a long and busy year, our new web based customer portal has gone
live in its first generation incarnation.
Customers can now order ADSL & ADSL2+ products, via the 24/7
available portal, from any standard web browser, on any capable device,
from anywhere!
Our unique self service multi-carrier service qualification tool, allows
customers the freedom to check product availability for DSL using any
Australian full national number or street address.
Once ordered, the portal provides the customer with the ability to track
provisioning progress and centralises communication relating to each
particular service, for quick and easy access.
